1. Returns:

• You can return your order within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
• To start a return, contact us at support@vgvastara.com.

1. Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.
• Refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
• COD orders will be refunded via UPI or bank transfer.

1. Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges for size or color, based on stock availability.

1. Items not eligible for return:

• Sale items or customized products unless damaged or defective.
