All descriptions, prices, and product availability are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products.
4. Pricing & Taxes:
Prices are listed in INR and inclusive of applicable GST.
We follow the Legal Metrology (Packaged Commodities) Rules, 2011 for product labeling and pricing.
5. Payments:
We use secure payment gateways. Supported modes include UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery.
Payments are subject to validation and approval by banks or third-party processors.
6. Order Confirmation & Delivery:
You will receive an email/SMS confirmation upon placing your order. Orders are dispatched within 10 working days. Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days.
7. Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours. After dispatch, cancellations are not allowed.
8. Intellectual Property:
All content including logos, designs, and images are the property of VGVastara and protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.
9. Limitation of Liability:
VGVastara is not liable for indirect, incidental, or special damages arising from use of our site or products.
10. Governing Law:
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
